The Miseducation of Cameron Post - Emily M. Danforth I can see why seemingly everyone loved this book, but I didn't feel quite the same. Parts of it seemed to drag on, and it was mood-setting and beautiful, but... zzz (basically every time they were in the abandoned hospital, for example). It takes over half the book before Cameron's sent to the gay-fixing school, or whatever they call it, which is more of what I thought the book was going to be about - and that part was engrossing and heartbreaking and everything the reviews say. I also loved all the connections with Quake Lake throughout Cameron's life, and the Montana setting that really comes alive during the rodeo thing.
